CHAIR AEROBICS are basically any exercise you perform whilst either standing, using the back of the chair for support or sitting in the chair depending on your ability or disability. The exercises are good for keeping mobile and improving balance but we also have a laugh and it is fun, and if you can't do an exercise then you can sit that one out and just watch so it is sociable and suitable for everyone. The group has two classes and meets weekly each Friday at Waitrose, Rushden Community Room (let me know in advance please if you will be unable to attend on any week)

YOU ARE VERY WELCOME TO TRY THE CLASS TO SEE IF YOU LIKE IT

1st EXERCISE CLASS - GROUP A starts at 2pm and finishes at 3pm

2nd EXERCISE CLASS - GROUP B starts at 3.15pm and finishes at 4.15pm

Meet up at the entrance service desk area of the store 15 minutes before the start of the class

(1) Please sign into the Waitrose visitors book for fire regulation purposes, and enter your car registration number if you want to do some shopping and exceed their 2.5 hours free parking, they will give you a Waitrose sticker for security, which must be displayed on your tea shirt as you will have to go through their stores area to get to the community room. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SIGN OUT WHEN YOU LEAVE THE WAITROSE STORE

(2) Next, please get checked in on the Group attendance register and pay for the session (between £2-£4 per person) depending on the number of attendees as we have to pay the Fitness Instructor

(3) Once you have done all that, you can make your way to the community room, without having to wait for everyone so that we don't clog up the service desk area.
